What is Agentia?
Agentia is an AI assistant for Gmail and Outlook (including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365), created by CB Agent. It reads the emails you receive and automatically drafts a reply in your style, based on the replies you have already sent.
How can I automatically reply to my Gmail or Outlook emails with AI?
Connect your Gmail or Outlook account to Agentia. The agent learns from your past replies, then prepares a reply for every new email that needs one. You find it in your dashboard: you review it, edit if needed and click to send.
Can the agent send an email without me?
No. Every reply waits for you to click “Confirm and send”. The only exception, if you turn it on yourself: vacation mode sends your out-of-office message, once per sender.
Will my clients know the reply comes from an AI?
The reply is sent from your own email address, with your signature, once you have reviewed and approved it. It is your reply: you are free to mention that you use an assistant.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
You review everything before it is sent. When it is missing a piece of information (a date, a price), it leaves a blank for you to fill in instead of making it up. And every correction you make teaches it for next time.
Does it work with Outlook or Hotmail?
Yes. Agentia works with Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365, just like Gmail and Google Workspace, including an address on your own domain name.
How much does it cost?
It is free for the entire beta. The price will be announced before the beta ends, and businesses that tested it will keep 50% off for life.
Does it reply in French too?
Yes. Agentia replies in the language of the email it received, and the app itself is available in English and French.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You can pause the agent, delete your account and all your data from the settings, or remove access directly in your Google or Microsoft account.
Why does Google or Microsoft show a warning when I sign in?
During the beta, Agentia is being reviewed by Google and Microsoft. A screen saying the app has not been verified yet may appear: click “Continue” or “Accept”. This is also why access is by invitation for now.
